Inclusion Bodies
- These are non-membranous, stored reserve material seen freely in the cytoplasm of prokaryotic cells.- E.g. phosphate granules, cyanophycean granules and glycogen granules, gas vacuoles etc.
- Gas vacuoles are found in blue green and purple and green photosynthetic bacteria.
